[LONG REVIEW] Visited Manhattan a couple of weeks ago and got Halal from a popular chain there (if you know, you know) and it was outstanding. Upon getting home my roommates and I were pretty down that we didn't have a place locally that shared a similar food, but to my surprise when I googled Halal near me I found that this place opened. Then I saw it was in a gas station and at first was deterred, but DO NOT LET IT. They have set up a nice little kitchen in the gas station, you can see them prepare the food! After our workout we swung by the location as it's right down the street from our gym, and excitedly ordered the combination halal which is both chicken and lamb with rice, lettuce, and some mixed veggies. Asked for the white sauce on top and the hot sauce on the side (hot sauce was pretty good too). Let me tell you...it was amazing. The white sauce is nice and sweet, the chicken and lamb is perfectly seasoned, and for a post workout meal it's one of the best. The menu has a handful of items including many gyros we will be trying as well. I hope they see great success because this food is awesome and we will be going back for more post-lift meals!

A Hidden Gem located in Fishkill, Flavorful Food, Great Service and Super Clean Establishment. If you want something different then the usual Burgers, Fries, Pizza or Tacos Definitely come and try the food at Halal Bros, Trust me you will not be Disappointed. ENJOY....

I've gotten the chicken over rice 3X and all three times, it was delicious. Parking is a bit limited but the food is worth it.

Amazing food! Loved the mixed chicken & lamb platter that I got. Was so delicious & tasted freshly made. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Friendly environment, highly recommends this.

Great local halal food in a gas station convenient store. Staff behind the counter is real friendly although it can get very busy for lunch. Go and try this place, quality of their cooking is great. Lunch for one person will run about $15.

Best gyro in the neighborhood. Been to few around the area what matter to me is the meat being juicy and amazing and fresh, specially their rice is really flavourful. Also become a fan of their secret sauces. They have the right quantity of that. Will definitely recommend the place. If you want best gyro in the town I really recommend it. Awesome staff👍👍👍

I was a little hesitant to try this place at first since it is inside a gas station, but it ended up being a great surprise. Now Im regular customer and usually order pickup. My favorite dish is the chicken over rice. The food is consistently really good, and especially when the girl is working the grill, it always comes out great.

Fast, fresh food that isn't fast food. Know what I mean? Personally, I would have enjoyed more flavor, but I understand what I got was probably more flavor than the locals can handle, so I'm letting it slide. Got a chicken and lamb combo over rice. Perfectly cooked lamb and chicken. Really good value for the money!

Literally the best food i've eaten in a long time. It's so unbelievably good, and the prices are more than fair. The portions are HUGE for what you pay. Ordered online and it was ready in like 10 minutes. Just amazing. Me and my fiancé both ate until we were full, and the pics show what is still left over (still more than half of each dish).

The chicken rice platter here is excellent — flavorful, filling, and well-prepared. The chicken is tender and seasoned just right, and the rice has a nice balance of texture and taste that complements the dish perfectly. Portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. It’s one of those meals that leaves you satisfied without feeling overpriced. Overall, great flavor, large portions, and a fair price — definitely a spot worth returning to for a solid, hearty meal.
